GET requests, JSON back

Send your key in the Authorization header. Mentions come newest first; pass next_cursor back for the next page.

Which plans include the API?
Starter and Growth, at no extra cost. The free trial doesn't include API access.
Can I create trackings or alerts through the API?
Not yet. The API reads your trackings, mentions and stats. Trackings and alerts are set up in the dashboard.
How fresh is the data?
As fresh as your last scan. Scans run every 24 hours on Starter and every 12 hours on Growth, and each one collects up to the latest 30 posts per tracking. To pick up only what's new, pass the time of your last request as "collected_since".
Are there webhooks?
Not yet. Poll /api/v1/mentions with "collected_since" after each scan, or use email alerts for posts that need a quick reply.
What are the rate limits?
60 requests a minute per key, and 120 a minute and 10,000 a day per account. Every response carries RateLimit headers, and a 429 tells you how many seconds to wait.
How are keys kept safe?
Each key is shown once and stored only as a one-way hash, so even we can't read it back. You pick what it can read and which trackings, it expires when you choose, and you can revoke it at any time. We email you whenever a key is created.
